We've updated our Privacy Policy and wanted to keep you in the loop. You're welcome to read our Privacy Policy in its entirety, but here are the highlights of the updates.

We've addressed how Nevada residents may submit stop sale requests under Nevada law. We've addressed California legal notice requirements, including data choices and controls available to California residents (effective January 1, 2020). We've further clarified the categories of personal information that Kohl's collects, uses and shares.
